who we are
Our story began in 2018 with the creation of our first product – an alternative coffee made from dandelion root under the Polski Mniszek brand. Awarded the “Teraz Polska” Emblem, it initiated the development of a full line of functional beverages, all sharing health-promoting effects and exceptional taste.
Today, we are a team of specialists passionately combining herbal knowledge, experience in food technology, and marketing insight. We collaborate with scientists – including those from the University of Life Sciences in Lublin – to validate the effectiveness of our products through research.

MSc Eng. Damian Brochocki
Product Manager, food technologist. Graduate of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin – major in Herbalism and Phytoproducts.
R&D Manager, MSc Marcin Bąder
Experienced manager of R&D and infrastructure projects with over 15 years in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, chemical, and biotechnology sectors. Specializes in creating, developing, and supervising research and implementation units as well as accredited laboratories (GLP, GMP, ISO 17025). Experienced in registration of medicinal, medical, and agrochemical products, validation of analytical methods, and management of production processes and quality. Combines scientific knowledge with operational practice, effectively building project teams, developing international cooperation, and securing funding (ABM, NCBR, EU funds). Holds a GCP certificate and extensive experience in conducting and restructuring clinical trials, both commercial and academic.
